Return Policy
Accessories
We accept returns on eligible accessories purchased directly from NatalyaValentine.com within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. To request a return, please contact us at info@NatalyaValentine.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee, and original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Gowns
All gowns are sold through authorized retailers. Any return, exchange, or alteration requests for gowns must be handled directly through the retailer where the gown was purchased, in accordance with that retailer’s policies. NatalyaValentine.com does not process returns or exchanges for gowns purchased through third-party retailers, including but not limited to Jaxon James Bridal.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an accessory that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
